1 1/2 c cream corn
2 TB melted butter
1/8 c milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 c flour
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
Mix corn, milk, butter, and eggs. Add dry ingredients and
mix until smooth. Drop by tablespoons (I made them larger) into deep hot oil
(375 degrees) until golden brown (approx 2 min). Serve immediately with honey
or maple syrup.
