20-30 raw shrimps
1 egg
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. white pepper
Wash and dry shrimp in paper towel
Beat egg in the bowl. In separate bowl, mix flour, salt, white pepper.
Dip 4 to 5 shrimps at a time into egg bowl then into flour bowl.
Drop into deep hot oil (375 degrees) until golden brown (2-3 mins).
