4 chicken
breasts, cooked and cubed
½ c. cashews
(more or less to your liking)
½ bottle of Iron Chef General Tso’s sauce
½ c. water
Combine Tso
sauce and water in a frying pan. Then add chicken and cashews. Bring to a boil
then simmer 5-10 minutes until sauce has thickened.
Serve over
rice and with your favorite vegatable. (we usually do broccoli)
